The outline for a new publication focused on Mindfulness. The target audience aims for women, age 35+ with a mission of living their most authentic life.
It was was very satisfying to work on this piece; researching stories that bring out the essence of life, ask probing questions, and then bring them to life graphically. Logos, iconography, type and layout all developed as part of the project.

The legacy of Loyola High can be felt far and wide across LA and Orange County.
I was commissioned by the Director of Alumni to develop a large interactive map of the area highlighting specific streets and landmarks. The project debuted at their Open House event, giving visiting alumni the opportunity to mark where they currently live and work. The growing image it creates as time goes has been a powerful symbol for the school.

Its no secret that public schools within LAUSD struggle with funding to serve a large and diverse student body. FOR-Humanities is one of several non-profit organizations developed to support students, families and teachers through various types of enrichment. Their fundraising provides teaching materials, technology, and field trips while serving as a liaison between families, teachers and administration and advocating on behalf of all students with the academy.
During my time serving as president, I worked with our team and other academy leaders to develop branding and promotional materials to better communicate with our families.

Teaming with a pair of entrepreneurs I served as the creative arm of the start-up company, Viaquest, which designed, manufactured and sold children’s furniture.
The company broke into the market by introducing a unique style of hand-painted children’s furniture sold in Costco Warehouses. The warmth of these individualized pieces was like nothing else found at the wholesale level and made the items an instant best seller.
To create these pieces, we designed simple, transferable artwork that could be hand-painted again and again. Original art was designed using simple shapes and minimal colors. Large templates and color chips ensure consistency,
